At Stand Out Socks, we are continuing to celebrate Project Empowerment! In the lead-up to World Down Syndrome Day, we’re sharing incredible stories every single day from the amazing individuals involved in this inspiring initiative.
💙💛 Project Empowerment provides individuals with the opportunity to develop their entrepreneurial skills, gain valuable experience, and boost their future prospects—all while raising awareness for World Down Syndrome Day on March 21st. It’s all about empowerment, growth, and making a real difference!
DAY 17 - Meet Iga!
Today, we’re celebrating Iga, a bright star with a passion for singing, dancing, and animals! 🎶🐾 Now, she’s channeling her energy into Project Empowerment, selling colourful socks to raise awareness and promote inclusion!
Taking this mission all the way to Poland, Iga is proving that people with disabilities can work, thrive, and follow their dreams. She has big ambitions of starting her own business, and this opportunity is helping her build confidence, develop skills, and inspire others along the way.
We have no doubt that Iga will smash it—and we can’t wait to see what she accomplishes next! 🌟💛🧦
