At Stand Out Socks, we are continuing to celebrate Project Empowerment! In the lead-up to World Down Syndrome Day, we’re sharing incredible stories every single day from the amazing individuals involved in this inspiring initiative.

💙💛 Project Empowerment provides individuals with the opportunity to develop their entrepreneurial skills, gain valuable experience, and boost their future prospects—all while raising awareness for World Down Syndrome Day on March 21st. It’s all about empowerment, growth, and making a real difference!

DAY 16 - Moniaive Primary

Today, we’re shining a spotlight on Moniaive Primary, a small but mighty rural school where students are learning entrepreneurial skills while raising awareness for Down syndrome.

With 100 pairs of Stand Out Socks, the students will be selling socks to support the cause—something especially meaningful to one teacher whose child proudly rocks an extra chromosome. 💙💛

This project is about more than just selling socks. It’s an opportunity for students to learn about business, inclusion, and empathy, showing them the real impact they can have in their community and beyond. We’re incredibly proud to be part of their journey and can’t wait to see their success! 🧦✨
